Around September of last year, Sushant had shared a handwritten note of his bucket list with his social media followers. The bucket list includes 50 dreams he wanted to fulfill in his life. The first set of dreams on the list included learning to fly, which the actor accomplished when he posted a 35-second video of him flying a plane. A Vibrant Soul

Sushant Singh Rajput loved his fans more than anything in the world and would often go out of his way to interact with them and help them out. He always loved updating his fans and followers about tiny tidbits of his life. Something many people loved him for. Around 12 days after sharing the original list of his goals with fans the actor took to the skies and showed off his amazing skills behind the pilot’s helm.

He spoke about how learning to fly was him living his dreams and loving them. The second dream on the list of his was to train for one of the most grueling activities in the world— the IronMan triathlon. This grueling feat involves swimming around 3.8 km in the open seas, cycling for 180 km, and then running for 42.195 km in one day. The actor had also managed to complete his third goal of playing a left-handed cricket match. Sushant also wanted to learn how to read morse code and teach children about the wonders of space. The actor wanted to perform a four clap pushup and play tennis with a major champion.

The actor shared the second part of his note where he revealed that he wanted to chart the trajectories of Jupiter, Mars, Moon, and Saturn for a week or so. The actor planned on performing a double-slit experiment that gives people an insight into a microscopic world. He spoke about how he wanted to plant 1000 trees and spend an evening in his alma mater, Delhi College of Engineering’s hostel. The actor dreamed of diving into the deep blue sea and sending kids to workshops conducted by NASA and ISRO.

He had shared a video of him diving into the blue hole and mentioned that he had accomplished 9 out of the 50 things on his bucket list in October of 2019. In September of that year, he had fulfilled his twelfth dream of spending the evening on his old campus and had shared a video of him being mobbed by tons of fans who simply would not let him go. Despite the hysteria in the video, Sushant was seen smiling and posing for pictures with the students of the university. Although he could not spend the evening at the university, he did manage to make a day trip.

Personal Goals

The numbers 15 to 25, were focussed on personal goals that the actor was striving to achieve. He stated that he wanted to accomplish the following things— play poker with a champ, write a book, visit CERN, paint aurora borealis, attend another NASA workshop, gain 6 pack abs in 6 months, swimming in Cenotes, teach coding to the visually impaired, spend a week in a jungle, understand Vedic Astrology and visit Disneyland. In October of 2019, the actor actually managed to accomplish his goal of visiting Disneyland despite unpleasant weather conditions.

By the end of September, the actor had managed to swim in Cenotes and also got to spend an entire day at CERN. After all of these goals the actor also wanted to, visit LIGO, raise a horse, learn at least 10 Dance forms, work for free education, explore Andromeda with a powerful telescope, learn KRIYA yoga, visit Antarctica, help train women in self-defense and shoot an active volcano. He further shared that he also wanted to, learn how to farm, teach dance to kids, be an ambidextrous archer, finish reading the entire Resnick – Halliday physics book, understand Polynesian astronomy, learn guitar chords of his favorite 50 songs, play chess with a champion, own a Lamborghini, visit St.Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna, perform experiments of Cymatics, help prepare students for Indian Defence Forces, make a documentary on Swami Vivekananda, learn to Surf, work in AI & exponential technologies, learn Capoeira, travel through Europe by train.

Sushant managed to tick off around 12 things off his list before he died of suicide. The sudden demise of a young role model has left his fans in distress. We’re glad that he inspired all of us to dream fiercely and live like a true champ. His sudden demise has definitely left a huge hole in our hearts but he’ll live on in our memories as the boy with the brightest smile. Do you have a bucket list that you want to achieve?
