Nobody can be perfect, and you are likely to burn yourself trying to go down that road. Studies prove that you are bound to be happier if you can intentionally draw attention to your imperfections and laugh about them. Be yourself in all your flawed, imperfect glory.

Life is full of difficult situations that are beyond our control. As human beings, we associate control with certainty. We want to be in charge of our future and not worry about what will happen next. But no matter how much we fool ourselves into believing that, there is no guarantee to anything in life. Control is counterproductive and harmful for long-term happiness. So, dance to the music, don’t try and change it.

3. Playing The Blame Game

From regrettable acts of road rage to mass casualties, we have seen everyone indulge in this pastime called ‘playing the blame game’. Are you a ‘blame gamer’ too?
