How much water should you drink in a day?

Ideally, you should have anywhere in between 8-10 glasses of water a day, with each glass measuring roughly 250 ml. That should be enough to keep you hydrated all through the 24 hours. However, if you’re breastfeeding or exercising, you may need more than the standard 8-10 glasses. Even certain diseases such as a urinary tract infection will bring about an increase in your daily water intake.

Nonetheless, consider making this lifestyle change for your own good. Ditch the beverages and slurp on tall glasses of water to stay healthy and happy.
