Here’s What Your Favorite Bedtime Outfit Says About Your Personality

If you’ve been working from home (more like living from work, amirite?), you know that Pyjamas have replaced your work clothes as an essential item of clothing. Many industries have pushed for remote working and encouraged their employees to stay at home and social distance during this time. If pajamas were just your bedtime outfit, they’ve probably now become your daytime outfit as well. So let’s take a look at what your favorite pair say about you:

1. Matching Pyjama Set

You’re definitely the mom friend. You cannot stand deviating from the norm and like to adhere to your schedule. If there’s one word your friends would use to describe you, it’s “organized.” You’re the friend who packs food for when your friends get drunk and hungry after a wild night of partying. You’re the friend who everyone insists should just “live a little.” Spontaneity and impulse are two words that are not in your dictionary, and you’re pretty headstrong about your ways and your routine. Although you do believe in comfort, you prefer coordinating and matching. You’re probably also a pantsuit kinda girl.

2. A Onesie

You are your daddy’s princess and you know it. You live with your head in the clouds and most likely want to revert to being a child again to avoid the responsibilities of adulthood. If every argument with your significant other ends with them saying, “You need to grow up,” then you know what we’re talking about. There’s nothing wrong with being expected to be treated with respect, but expecting princess treatment from others is asking for too much. You most likely still live with your parents and don’t see that changing until marriage.

3. Multiple Layers

You’re definitely from a hilly region or a cold part of our country. Or you’re just someone who is super duper sensitive to cold weather and cannot handle just a simple pair of PJs. Your family probably thinks you’re insane for wearing layered clothes even when you guys visit hot places, but you don’t care— comfort over anything for you. Even in tropical weather, you’ll find yourself in a sweater, and you’re perfectly fine with it.

4. An Over-sized T-shirt

You’re probably the kinda person who throws on the first thing they find in their closet. You’re free-spirited and the type of person who forgets to pack your toothbrush in an overnight bag to your best friend’s place. No worries, if your best friend is the matching pajama set friend, she will definitely keep a spare for you! You really don’t care if people judge you or think less of you based on your outfit choices and could care less about what the world thinks. Either this or you’re in a long term live-in relationship with your partner and prefer wearing his baggy clothes to bed over your own.

5. Lingerie

You like living the grand life. You don’t mind spoiling yourself and getting things that make you happy. People might call you materialistic, but you work hard, and you’ve earned it. You’re not afraid to ask for what you want, and you’re known for your confident and dominating personality. You revel in being the center of attention and aren’t the kind to back away from an argument. When you dress up, you make bold choices and aren’t afraid to explore your flirtatious nature. Saturday nights for you are all about partying with your girls and then coming home to your partner or pet (whichever works).

6. Nothing

You’re secretly a nudist and most likely live alone or with a significant other. You like to live dangerously and don’t care if there is a sudden fire and you need to rush out of your house in your birthday suit. The truth of the matter is that you like being completely at peace with yourself, and not wearing clothes helps a lot. You’ve spent a lot of time watching nature-themed documentaries and are totally down for adopting that way of life. You’re also the kind of person who probably strips before you even reach your bedroom after a wild night out with your gang. Even if people judge you for sleeping in the nude, you know that your significant other definitely appreciates it (wink wink).

7. Socks And Nothing Else

We get it. Your feet get cold often. Although you don’t like wearing other items of clothing, you believe your feet are super delicate and need a lot of extra love and care. People definitely think you’re a weirdo and even your significant other has no clue why you only like your feet being covered. But hey, as long as you’re comfortable and getting a good night’s rest, it shouldn’t matter whether people approve of your look or not.

In the end, your outfit preferences should be just that— YOUR’s. It doesn’t matter what you wear to bed as long as you feel comfortable and safe in what you’re wearing.
