Just look around you for a second and notice how many colors you can see — they are everywhere! It would be hard to imagine a world without colors, wouldn’t it? Colors are so important, they help us distinguish between things and much more. Colors are so common to our eyesight which is probably why we often overlook them. Colors are vital in the world of fashion and art. They also radiate a certain kind of energy. For example, yellow gives you a warm and light aura but red gives you a strong and serious vibe. Colors have social, religious, and political connotations too. You don’t wear white and go to a Christian funeral and you don’t wear black and attend a Hindu funeral, right?
Each color is unique and has its own qualities just like our personalities. This is why we can always bring out a form of connection between people and their favorite colors. You get attracted to a particular color because of the values that you see reflecting in it. While these things don’t have much scientific backup, there are many people who believe in the strength and influence of colors that can affect human beings. Purple
The purple color was so expensive in the past that only the Royals could afford them. This is why people who love purple love to show off their royalty. If you have a partner who loves purple, you may have a tough time adjusting to their authoritative personality.
Blue
Blue is one of the most popular colors amongst all age groups. And if you always find yourself ending up buying blue clothes and accessories, you’re definitely a kind-hearted and warm person. Blue is the color of duty, care, and patience. If you’re a true-blue person, the people around you are lucky to have you. You are selfless and helpful. However, remember not to let your guards down for people might take advantage of your kindness.
Yellow
Yellow people are vibrant, full of energy, and very creative. Chosen as a favorite among adventurous people, this color stands for self-introspection and fulfillment. If you love yellow, you are smart, witty, and love to travel. You often walk away from taking up responsibilities because your major focus is on exploring and having a bigger life. Orange
Orange is a color that represents fun-loving people. If you get distracted by shiny things easily, you’re an orange person for sure. You love to party and spend time shopping because you love your life being bright. You may not take a lot of interest in books and serious talks because you feel that they aren’t meant for you.
Red
Red is an intense color and if you love red, you’re an intense person. Your emotions are quite strong be it happiness, sadness, or anger. People around you will have to find a balance between your emotions so that they can deal with you when you’re mad and also appreciate the warm person that you are deep inside. You are passionate about your career and your love life, and you’re always willing to sacrifice your comfort for the people you love. However, red people often get upset because they find it very hard to meet people who resonate their vibes.
Pink
As most of us believe, pink is not a girlie color. Thanks to Barbie and the whole merchandise world for setting the stereotype though. Men and women who love pink are sensitive and very romantic. They are shy to those who aren’t close to them but they warm up within no time. Pink people are one of the most genuinely nice people out there (all smiles).
Green
People who love green are quite peaceful and they value dignity over everything. If you’re a green person, know that you are amazing and you truly find the balance between self-love and loving others. You are quite matured and you know how to deal with difficult situations.
Black
Black and white are technically not colors but we cannot write a list without them because they are on top of the favorite colors list for ages! If you love black, you have a deep personality for which you often get mistaken as arrogant or introvert. You are very passionate and caring, and you love to understand people, places, and phenomena to their core. Black people are honest people and they value their close ones very high.
White
People who love white are peace lovers. You don’t like loud things or any extravaganzas. Your personality is a blend of class and innocence. You’d always love to stay childish than become too serious about things.
