Everyone on social media is talking about The Water Challenge. But, what exactly is it all about?

Here’s everything you need to know about The Water Challenge:

Sarah, a 42-year-old British lady, and a mother of two, was suffering from migrane and had constant indigestion issues. Her doctor and nutritionist recommended an experiment where she had to drink three liters of water every day for 28 days, and cut down on the consumption of caffeine. After the completion of this challenge, Sarah herself was astonished with the results.

This was her experience:

Week 1

The above photograph of Sarah was clicked before she took up this water challenge. A perfect example to show what lack of hydration can do to your face. She had dark circles and wrinkles over her face, along with dry and chapped lips.

“I felt much better after the first week”, stated Sarah.

Week 2

By the start of week 2, Sarah began to find some improvements in her complexion, and her skin tone was more even. Still, she could see her wrinkles. However, they were less prominent. Her migranes began to go away with time.

Week 3

By the third week, her wrinkles and dark circles started virtually disappearing, and her skin looked more nourished and plumped. Her nutritionist said this was happening because water was helping her skin cells regenerate more efficiently. The extra water helped in keeping her body moisturized all day long.

Week 4

During the last week of her experiment, Sarah stated that she couldn’t believe the difference in her face. She looked completely different, and her dark circles and blotches disappeared completely. Her skin looked 10 years younger. The transformation was nothing short of remarkable.

She felt leaner, healthier, fitter, and all her migrane problems were gone.
