- 8 pomegranates
- A knife
- A medium-sized bowl
- 2 serving glasses
- Wash the pomegranates under running water.

- Follow each division to remove the skin gently.
- Once the arils appear, keep the pomegranates aside.

- Pomegranate juice might interact with certain drugs. According to available data, patients taking CYP2C9 substrates may experience negligible risk of pharmacokinetic interaction when drinking pomegranate juice (51).
Pomegranate juice helps in the prevention and treatment of various conditions as discussed in detail above.
