    Im afraid these tips tho will reduce ur stress will not increase the height.and hgh supplements will only cause acromegaly and not increased height after the bone epiphyses fuse.try all these in ur children people.bt my honest advise would be not to have great hopes.and the hgh supplements wont do any much increase in height.
